some years now, we at the Intercultural
Research Institute have been engaged in a quest for the Ultimate Taco,
fighting against the forces of homogeneity -- those who would see all tacos
look and taste like the ones comprising this annoying background.
We support Taco Diversity.
Long and arduous have been our journeys -- from Tucson, Arizona to Morelia, Michoacan, from Santa Ana, Sonora to Nagasaki, Japan. And although we have not yet stumbled across the One True Taco, we have found so many Tacos of Worth -- particularly between South Tucson & Guaymas -- that we have established the NoBell Prize.
